Canterbury residents voice opinion on defending their homes

EARLIER this year David Cameron made a pledge to homeowners and shopkeepers that he would enforce their rights to self-defence if felt they were in danger.

Vincent Cook, 39, from Greater Manchester will not be charged with murder after a struggle with intruder Raymond Jacob, 37.



There have been huge debates across the country whether homeowners and shopkeepers alike should be given the right to take somebodies life.

Canterbury residents Jeremy Bellamy and Ben Clements voiced their thoughts on whether a law should be implemented to allow homeowners to defend themselves.
