Curfew for young drivers?

94% of parents are in favour of stricter driving restrictions for individuals between the age of 17 and 21.
Road safety charity Brake polled 1,000 parents and the majority would welcome the following; restrictions on the number of passengers allowed in one vehicle, a lower drink-drive limit, and a night time driving curfew.

The reaction to this has been fairly mixed as a lot of young people feel they are being tarnished with the same brush.
